Anticholinergic effects of Taraxacum Genus Dandelion Grass consumption: A case report

Objective: The traditional use of plants and plant-derived products as alternatives to synthetic medicinal chemical drugs is a well-established practice, dandelion commonly used herbal remedy. However, it's important note that the side effects can vary depending on person. In this particular case, 55-year-old male patient presented with anticholinergic symptoms after consuming dandelion. Case Presentation: A was admitted emergency room altered consciousness. While his vital signs were normal, except for heart rate 110 beats per minute high glucose level 280 mg/dL, he exhibited confusion mydriatic pupils.
